Our dining space is intentionally intimate, designed to offer not just dinner, but an unforgettable culinary experience. To preserve the exclusivity of each evening, we welcome only a limited number of families and tables per night.

This special experience is often personally hosted by Jorge Cuervo, whose presence adds a unique and memorable touch. While he may not be present every evening, his vision and hospitality are at the heart of everything we do.

We kindly ask that you review our cancellation policies, which ensure we can extend this opportunity to other guests should your plans change.

Applicable for dinner reservation: 

Free cancellation more than one day prior reserved day, late cancellations within 24 of your visit or no show will be charged MX$350 per person.

Applicable to Tequila Tasting Experience with Jorge Cuervo (Individual or small groups of 9 persons or less):

Please let us know of any changes or party reductions with more than 7 days in advance, late cancellations, party reductions, or no shows will be charged in full.

Group reservations have their own cancellation policies according to their individual terms and agreement.
