Our family originates from Tequila, Jalisco — the birthplace of the spirit that carries its name. Surrounded by sweeping agave landscapes, this region has nurtured our traditions for generations.
Our roots trace back to Don José Antonio Cuervo y Valdés, the founder of tequila, whose legacy continues to shape both our craft and our identity. Over 228 years later, members of the Cuervo family remain devoted to producing tequila and preserving the artistry behind it.
From this lineage, Jorge Cuervo carries forward the passion and expertise instilled by his father, Don Malaquías Cuervo Rosales, whose culinary mastery was deeply influenced by authentic Mexican recipes and ancestral knowledge.
Today, Jorge honors his family’s heritage while reimagining how the world experiences tequila and gastronomy. With every tasting and dining experience, he invites guests to share in a journey of tradition, culture, and artistry — a celebration of Mexico’s most iconic spirit paired with unforgettable cuisine.
